What is USAMerchantSolutions.com and What Are We About?

New Jersey, Jan. 15 - Naturally we are in business to make money, as is every business in the world, but we take our business seriously, as we do our merchant and customers. The one single difference between us and our competitors is that we aren't afraid to stick up for our merchants. It seems amazing that there are so many merchant services providers out there, but very few will go to bat for the very clients they service. In the years that we have been in business, we have made a lot of friends, and burned a lot bridges, but the one thing that always remains constant is our dedication to the businesses we serve.

It has been a long and arduous journey from where we started to where we are at now. We are not a huge company that employs hundreds of people, but a simple company that understands that for each dollar you make there is a cost associated to acquire that dollar. Part of that dollar goes to inventory, some to overhead such as rent, electric, water, some to accounting and payroll, some to licensing and the IRS, and some to other entities that I haven't included. So how much of that dollar do you actually see? Hopefully over .30 cents, and the rest goes to paying for your expenses. As a business owner, you know that these are the realities of business.

American Merchant Solutions knows these realities as well, but we don't pass off our overheard onto our merchants. We look at providing good quality services to a wide range of businesses, to give them excellence and profitability, and to do this in volume. How do we get paid, we get paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. By ensuring that you are satisfied with our products and services, ensures that we will retain you as a customer and a merchant. We work for you, not the banks or the processors, but for you. The credit card machines and equipment that we provide you, comes through direct manufacturer relationships that we have established, and not through the processors.
