It can be confusing trying to understand how the credit card industry works, especially when you start adding the terms ISO, MSP, Processor, Gateway, and Supplier. Here are a few things that you need to do to purchase, not only the best equipment, but the right equipment. Naturally, as a business, we are in business to make a profit, but not at the expense of taking advantage of our customers or providing sub-standard services or equipment. Here are some tips when shopping with us, that may help you in shopping with our competitors as well.

Check with your processor: If you are just looking to buy equipment from us, you can. The price listed is the price that you will pay. However, if you are just buying equipment, check with your processor first to see what they recommend, and what they can support. Not all of our equipment can be supported by all processors, and we are not responsible for our customers purchasing equipment blindly. Keep in mind, that the equipment we have in stock is the same as theirs, and can be programmed if that is the model they recommend.
.Our Equpment: Our equipment is new from the box directly from the manufacturer. It has never been programmed before, never been used, and only taken out of the box before shipping to test and make sure you recieve working, non-defective equipment. Occassionally, we do have a piece of peice of equipment that is shipped defective, but inform us immediately, and we will make sure it is replaced.
Wireless Terminals: All of our wireless terminals are shipped without SIMM Cards unless otherwise requested. The reason we do this is because your processor will activate your wirelss seperate from us. When ordering, please call your processor upon reciept of your terminal, tell them the serial number of the equipment and let them know you need a SIMM Card. The cost of a SIMM Card should be between $7.00 to $15.00.
Prices: You do not have to sign up for a merchant account with our company to qualify for our prices. We offer our credit card machines to everyone at the same price.
